doing this

Down 12-13 lbs on medifast. Joined a gym. Last post was on phone and it didn't go through.

Things are going well, I've been making excellent dinners using just veggies and meat (or meatless options!) and Adam has been really supportive.

How are YOU doing?

Lovely to hear you are doing well!
Saw your dinners on Facebook, they look good!

I am doing better than I did some months back. But gained weight and not doing any exercise at the mo.
So that is my biggest goal right now; getting back to the exercise.

i've found doing exercise that doesn't FEEEEEL like exercise has been helpful. i can actually committ to it and i'm more likely to do it.
