The day before weigh in is always the hardest, when I'm actually doing this. I am hot, hungry and cranky. I went to the gym, stayed semi-within my POINTS and have been drinking fluids ALL DAMN DAY. And I probably won't lose all that much tomorrow morning! I drank 3 nights this week and ate a fancy dinner with my fiancee and friend last night, including cajun alfredo. I've never had cajun alfredo. It was incredible, with scallops and shrimp and broccoli with rigatoni.
Regardless, for every pound I gain, I owe Adam $5. For every pound I lose, I get $1. Then on the elliptical, I read this article and I smiled. I know I didn't invent it, but I'm glad I'm not the only one.

Hehe! If I'd do that I would loose too much to my fiancee.
And I don't think it would work for me. I'm not die-hard about loosing weight (yet).
I do understand that it would work for people though. Like the article said, it's the accountability and the support that will always be there. Great!
My hubby and I are uber competitive with each other...it's terrible really, but anyway, we have a bet going for who can lose the most by our Christmas vacation. After I first started with WW a couple of weeks ago he was not worried one bit and continued to eat garbage BUT after I lost nearly 5 pounds last week he has picked up the pace lol. The only problem is we keep arguing over what the prize will be....
