I'm with MizFit on sticking with it. I also read somewhere that eating spicy food 1. makes you eat less, because you're more conscious of eating (and you're probably drinking water too). and 2. helps suppress appetite for a while after you eat.Not sure if you still wanted tips.

I think one could cut their hair and lose 0.6 too. Hang in there.
