good morning, fat ass.

For the last few weeks, every day my cell phone does the Woodie the Woodpecker laugh at 5 AM. Across the screen it says
"Good morning, Fat (_)_)!"

Every morning, I hit snooze and sleep until 6-6:15 AM.

I am *TRYING* to wake myself up to start doing morning workouts and it isn't working.

What *is* working? Finally being REdedicated to going to the gym or walking after my day is over. I also wore a pedometer to work today and discovered that I did 2.14 miles of walking around the hospital.

I lost another 1.6 lbs, bringing the last 3 weeks to 3.8 lbs lost total. I will not get cocky. I cannot get cocky. I will not get cocky. I cannot get cocky. I will not get cocky. I cannot get cocky. If you put the alarm away from your bed, you'll have to get up to turn it off.

Congrats on the walking at work, but unless you walk unusually far one day, remember that you already do that every day, as part of your job, so it doesn't really count as a workout.

Getting up at six is a crime in my book!
I do it three days a week at the moment. Have been doing it for three years now....am still not used to it. Seven is a much more reasonable time don't you think?

Haha! I'm the SAME way, I set my alarm for 6am every morning, but roll out of bed at 7. I work out either at lunch time or after work. Hey, whatever works for you. And obviously something is working right? Great job and keep it up!
