A candle loses nothing

Just spent 45 minutes on the treadmill. I realize this doesn't undo 3 weeks of damage but it was a good workout. I went with the intention of only doing 25-30 minutes and instead I ran/walked almost twice that. I'm happy that I stayed longer than planned and motivated myself to work hard while I was there.

I am looking for answers on why I keep sabotaging myself. Why it's been almost 3 years and I am not where I want to be, still playing yo-yo with the scale and ultimately struggling. I am so refocusing energy on trying to eat right and get back into that gym.

Happy Thanksgiving to you!! Good for you with the gym. Every minute counts. :)

Only you can figure that out.

However, if you somehow stumble on the secret cure, let me in on it.

The only thing that will change it all is changing an attitude toward food, not letting it hold powers of consoling and healing and deliciousness etc. I have no idea how to do that though, but I know the Beck Diet Solution is helping me, day by day, look at food and choices a little differently.

Have you checked it out yet?

You're the only one who can unlock the 'blockage' that is keeping you from reaching your goal.
A little help won't do you harm, but you should be open to that.
Maybe, like nic said, you should go for a different approach, that might motivate you again.
