show me your>>>>

Up .2 again.
And I pooped today.

S O M E T H I N G has got to give.
I am getting smaller. I know it. My bras are becoming embarrassingly baggy. People are commenting on me looking thinner. So why oh why oh why am I gaining .2 here and .2 there!?!?!?! Tonight, I ate McDonald's and a Snickers bar in protest. No, I don't feel better.

This is so obvious, but since I'm guessing it still feels somewhat good to get outward reassurance...

.2 = muscle?

Especially if things have slowed down but not stopped in the weight loss department (and stayed the same or gotten better in strength), muscle's pretty probable.

You're kickin' ass, either way. Take some names lol.

Next time protest with a can of tuna.

Stop by today as I have some free food to give away from WW.

Ooh. Next time you could protest with breakfast express!

Hang in there, J.

Muscle muscle muscle.

If your clothes are getting smaller, then you are getting smaller. Le Logique!

You are not allowed to feel bad about something which is actually GOOD (less body fat, more muscle = complete awesomeness)

I will NOT allow it.

Obviously I meant if your clothes are getting bigger then you are getting smaller. It is too early. I swam too far. I am confused.

everyone else is prolly right with the muscle observation, but i totally would have gone with the same protest meal you did, so what do i know??

I'm gonna go with the group and say MUSCLE. embrace it.

That said, you could also be retaining water (although if that were happening, your clothes would be a bit tight).

Relax a bit though, you're doing great!

Those pesky little gains can really get into your head. One time I protested with a Peanut Buster Parfait from DQ. AND I think the next week I lost. HAHAHA! I'll go with muscle too, but believe me I've been there and seeing that scale go up is painful.

You WILL prevail! Freedom - 11 pounds away. You CAN do it!
